The Edwin L. Heim Company values the safety of its employees first and foremost. Our primary safety goal is to ensure that no employee is put into an unsafe situation by themselves, with a coworkers or by a company. As we continually strive to have a zero-incident workplace, Heim's Safety Committee was created to guide us towards meeting this goal.
