Our Mechanical Division recently led the replacement of air handlers with precision and minimal disruption. The project featured the installation of a temporary unit, a custom-engineered scaffolding system for seamless equipment handling, and the careful assembly of the new air handlers. Once installed, our team expertly reconnected the ductwork, piping, and wiring to complete the upgrade.
THE CHALLENGE
The primary challenges of this project included minimizing disruptions to our client’s daily operations, navigating and maneuvering large equipment within a confined storage room, and managing both mechanical and electrical tasks within the project scope.

To overcome these challenges, our team strategically staggered the work to minimize disruptions to the facility and its occupants. We implemented custom-built solutions to optimize the available workspace and collaborated seamlessly with Heim’s Electrical Division to ensure we met—and exceeded—our customer’s expectations.
