Our mechanical division recently completed a chiller system installation with impressive efficiency. In under two weeks, our team successfully removed and replaced cooling towers, completed foundational work, and reinforced the system infrastructure. This project involved replacing three centrifugal chillers and cooling towers with three modern air-cooled chillers, along with installing all necessary site work and frames to support the updated system.
THE CHALLENGE
Though there were a multitude of potential challenges associated with this project, the main obstacles included: meeting a tight schedule and keeping the facility operational during the time of construction.

The success of this project hinged on three key factors: open communication among all stakeholders, meticulous project planning to minimize disruptions during construction, and the strategic use of off-site prefabrication to expedite the timeline.
